New Month. New Goals.
We had a nice team meeting with the president of FGP today (John Uprichard). Talked over a variety of things like how to build our brand (or increase the brand awareness), what kinds of companies we need to target and try to get into, how to grow our contracting side of business more, etc. It was a long meeting but a very good one. We had a lot of good participation and brainstorming going around.
One of the topics we discussed was utilizing a blog or something similar to help broaden our reach into the local community as well as helping build the brand and drive traffic to our website. So hopefully something like that will come to fruition. If so, you’ll be the 1st to know! 
I’m starting to set up some meetings with new clients (or hopefully new clients). I’m looking forward to it because it gets me out of the office a little bit and I get to network some more. Yay! More to come as I learn this new facet of business and pound the pavements.
Oh, gotta keep it quick tonight. Gotta call a candidate in a few minutes. Yeah, sometime after 9 tonight I will be calling a candidate for a screen. Why so late? Well, he works underground for some government stuff and he phone doesn’t work. Evenings are about the only time he’s above ground for some conversation. Hopefully it will be worth it!
