Headhunter Diaries ~ Busy Busy Week!
Hi all, sorry for the lag between postings. Things have been quite hectic. Had a great UBG game day this past weekend (more on that later) and things have been busy at work. I’m transitioning to a new position (more on that later as well) and in the meantime I’m still working on my current searches and candidates. Not enough hours during a day, that’s for sure!
I’m stoked cause I have a candidate coming in for an in-house interview with a client today. Woohoo! Hopefully things will go well and he’ll knock their socks off and offer him the big bucks. 
(well, at least a decent salary…)
In a little bit I get to have a potential new recruiter (he’s interviewing with us) come in to observe and ask questions. I did this before I came on board and really enjoyed the process. I was able to ‘hang out’ with the FGP Tech team and see how part of their day goes (phone calls, sourcing, etc). Even though I’m the new guy I get to help out with this (and the fact that Rob - our sales guy - is out sick today). Guess I better put on my game face! Harr!
